This integrates balance, vestibular stimulation, audition, and visual rhythmic movement. We use various principles and all kinds of sports to promote balance. This is a very popular form of daily exercise at schools in the United States. Research has shown that if it is practiced for five minutes, three times a day for eight weeks, children will improve their concentration, visual perception and school performance. This program was designed to improve:
- Concentration and learning efficiency
- Listening (following instructions, pronunciation and communication)
- Vision (pursuit, binocular integration and visual perception)
